Friendly professional staff, the best location, great bed. I loved the deluxe double room, that was fancy. Breakfast was extraordinary, lots of dishes to choose from. Easy to get to and near the beach. In general the service was exceptional too. I had a fun experience.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Good value, a very nice good location. I loved it, and I found the staff useful. Fantastic view of canal. Breakfast was fresh, including scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread, pastries and meats. The golden beach was near the hotel.

The host was helpful! The hotel has deluxe queen room. There was La Tagliatella, max 5 mins walk to, greatly enjoyed their meals.

Handy base for exploring San Sebastian. It had PERFECT location and rooms. Greatly enjoyed the small balcony and street views this hotel offers.
